TraveLuxe Inc. is a commercial business which principal corporate purpose is to provide and/or make available to its members through www.mytraveluxe.ca a number of benefits that include but are not limited to preferred rates for tourism, vacation, lodging, transportation services as well as restaurants, social events, among others, in exchange for membership fee and annual administration fees. When you visit our Website, we may request that you provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as name, address, e-mail address, phone and fax number, and other information. If you are purchasing a TraveLuxe membership or a member placing an order, we may request credit card or other payment information necessary to complete your order. This is done in compliance with and through secure, encrypted transmission at level of any of the Banks in Canada and similar service platforms. We maintain the highest standards and levels of Information & Cybersecurity review and compliance. We collect personal information about users over time, and when you use our Website or service.

The personal information that is held in the TraveLuxe Inc. database now or in the future has been provided voluntarily by each individual. We comply with the standards of PIPEDA at a minimum. Our Information Security Policy & Standards are rigorous; ongoing and continuous Cybersecurity monitoring and security, Cyber experts with highest and most current certifications maintain our system and serve as the sentinels to our databases, network transaction protocols.
